We have been looking for a new suite for a couple of weeks now, today we called at the leeds branch we walked through the door we were greeted then left to browse at our leisure, then after a while we were asked if everything was ok. we had found a lovely suite we liked, we were told what we wanted to know no preasure was given. We have just taken delivery of our new furniture and we are delighted. From the moment we walked through the door at the Birstall store we have received nothing but first class service. CSL Sofas keep their promises and have a brilliant team who are all excellent. We would definitely recommend them for quality, service, value for money and above all, looking after their customers. Fantastic service from the second i walked into my local store in Manchester (White City). I chose my sofa in about 10mins, placed my order and delivery was a couple of weeks after as promised. Buying from CSL in Chester has been a very pleasurable experience from start to finish. Having visited numereous furniture stores within a 50 mile radius of home,leaving no sofa not looked at, kept getting drawn back to CSL because of the good choice, quality, and reasonable prices. We ended up ordering a 2 seater and a 3 seater Samsara. Would happily recommend CSL, it was particularly nice to be served by salesman who were not pushy. First Class, I walked in and bought what I wanted all within about 3 minutes, really nice salesman helpful and good. sofa arrived on time I was kept informed all the way. The team behind this business really understand what people today want. A quick friendly No nonsense profesional Approach,selling products people want at the right price. From the staff in the shop to the people that deliver the goods, it flows like clockwork. I only wish other retail businesses would follow suit. Thankyou very mush CSL Leeds. very good service from start to finish, the sofas were of excellent quality. where the service stands out was with the delivery guys who, having travelled for 5 hours were very helpful and polite. after trying to get the sofa into the flat for about an hour they eventually managed to get it in through the first floor balcony. very pleased	andrew michael	05/03/2008 12:25:28
