You can use our teams as much or as little as YOU want. Q. How long will my furniture take to come?
A. CSL offer several ways to purchase furniture. We offer ex-stock items on delivery quotations as little as 2 weeks or made to order items with quotations from 6 to 12 weeks. Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. Delivery of your furniture within 50 miles of any CSL store is 100% FREE OF CHARGE. Delivery of sofas is a specialist job and as such, we uderstand that it's never going to become a collect from the store product. Q. Do you deliver outside of the North West?
A. We deliver up to 75 miles from any store. Unfortunately we cannot offer delivery of orders under £12,000 to locations outside of this radius. For more information please Click here for delivery details >>
Q. I have an old sofa, what shall I do with it?
A. You have several options in order to dispose of your old sofa. Of course, CSL can remove it at the time of delivery of your new furniture but as a better, free of charge option, did you know that your local council will remove it FREE OF CHARGE on a telephone call. Q. What if something goes wrong with my sofa?
A. CSL take great pride in the quality of the experience and service that we offer. As such, you can rest comfortable in the knowledge that if you do have a problem with your product, our service will be second to none. CSL only use our own in house technicians who can solve almost all problems within your home. Response times are the fastest in the industry and we settle most issues in one visit.
Q. How long is your guarantee?
A. As added comfort for you when purchasing unlike almost all other sofa retailers, a 5 year guarantee is standard on all CSL upholstery. Q. Can I buy on-line?
A. Unfortunately not, as a quality retailer CSL believe that you need to experience the comfort of our furniture to make an informed choice on the designs. Everybody is a different shape and size and until you sit on a sofa neither you or us can tell if it is right for you. Whilst the web is a fantastic place to browse our products it does not allow informed decisions and a tactile experience, as such we currently have no plans to sell on-line.
